Your Move – part of LSL, which last year underwent a radical restructuring – is trying to woo existing agents and what it calls “ambitious entrepreneurs” to join its franchise network.

LSL Estate Agency Franchising has over 300 territories around the UK, with brands Your Move, Reeds Rains, Intercounty, Davis Tate and Thomas Morris. Last summer it announced that its entire lettings and sales agency network would become franchises.

Now the Your Move brand says it will target existing agents and entrepreneurs through email and web marketing, direct mail, PR, social media and advertising.

Key messages will focus on Your Move’s support system of training, commercial and IT assistance, and mentoring.

Your Move also claims that a new franchisee will enjoy “six profitable income streams” covering residential sales, lettings, mortgages, conveyancing, land and new homes, and general insurance.

Paul Clarke – who has the title ‘director of proposition’ at LSL Estate Agency Franchising – says: “Joining the Your Move network means being part of a trusted brand with a proven track record in property sales and lettings. We are committed to providing our franchisees with the tools and support needed to thrive in the competitive property market. Our vision is to be the best-in-class estate agency franchisor in the industry, and I am looking forward to working with everyone in the company to achieve that.”
