Agency plea to rival firms seeking buyers or joint ventures

Independent agency Henry Adams says it wants “entrepreneurs and business owners” to “explore new growth avenues”

The company is seeking acquisitions, joint ventures and franchise opportunities, particularly in areas which extend their current network of lettings and sales branch coverage across West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

Chief executive Ian Wiggett says: “At Henry Adams, we’re not about transactions, we’re about building relationships, so we want to work with business owners to find the right balance for both parties,” said Ian.

“Owners may want to exit their business entirely, perhaps to retire or move on to new projects, or to continue to grow their operations backed by extensive support from the Henry Adams group.

“Every business is unique, so we’re open to discussing different options and tailoring the best solutions, always in complete confidence.”

The agency is over 35 years old and says as part of its current growth initiative, the company will provide tailored launch packages and training, as well as practical support and guidance.

In a statement it cites Lee Hopkins who was handling 500-plus properties as owner of AC Lettings.

He is now on a joint venture with Henry Adams: he says staff were retained and claims 99% of landlord clients stayed with the new business.

Business owners currently exploring next steps are invited to contact Wiggett at Henry Adams.
