Build To Rent scheme sees above-expectations lettings

Todays other news

Bristol’s latest Build To Rent scheme from Grainger claims its pre-leasing phase has exceeded expectations with over a third of homes let.

The development, which comprises 231 homes, launched for viewings in May, and welcomed its first residents in June.

Millwrights Place features over 3,900 square feet of resident amenities, including a lounge and co-working space, meeting pods and a bookable meeting room, plus a private dining room and kitchenette with cooking facilities.

In addition to three open-air roof terraces totalling to 8,766 square feet, with outdoor seating, the areas also boast space for exercise. There’s also a small courtyard garden on the ground floor, as well as an on-site gym, exercise studio Wi-Fi and dedicated on-site Resident Services team.

Grainger’s second Bristol based building follows Hawkins & George, a shame which launched in 2019.
