The 85 branches of Spicerhaart have signed a three-year partnership with The Lettings Hub to use its tenancy management platform.

Spicerhaart also plans to partner with The Lettings Hub for planned product implementations including professional guarantor services, utility management and payments.

A spokesperson for Spicerhaart says: “We completed a market-wide tender process across multiple tenancy management platforms earlier this year, assessing several solutions to find the best fit in terms of product quality, speed, and performance. 

“… The Spicerhaart business is embarking on a huge growth strategy and, with this in mind, The Lettings Hub offer the perfect

partnership as our two brands share many aligned business ambitions”.

And a Lettings Hub representative adds: “We are thrilled to have created this fantastic partnership with Spicerhaart, one of the industry’s most forward-thinking agencies. 

“We look forward to working with them to deliver great service and products to their tenants and landlords, and to gaining their valuable input to our BOX development roadmap.“
