Propertymark has launched a new bespoke platform for agents, with the claim that it will ‘connect everyone everywhere.’

The trade body says the technology will allow agents to deliver introductions on behalf of the platform’s customers who seek to additional revenue streams on top of traditional property instructions.

In addition, Propertymark is offering agent members so-called ‘wraparound’ business support by increasing the scope of Propertymark Protection for agents with company membership.

Company membership will work in tandem with the familiar benefits of individual membership.

Propertymark will also be establishing a new division to support the burgeoning number of buying agents.

Chief executive Nathan Emerson says: “We continue to listen to our membership and the wider needs of the industry to adapt our offering and provide the best possible quality and value for money.

“We know how important it is for our members to have access to the best business insight tools and leads, and general support and guidance, hence why we have enhanced areas across the business by a whole new level, meaning membership provides agents with even more value for money.”
