PropTech supplier Goodlord is launching something called Complete Tenancy Management

This claims to give agents tools to manage a tenancy over its lifetime, including contracts and regulatory support to ensure compliance, integrations with other property management services, and tenant payment management support, such as registering and holding deposits, handling move-in monies, and providing rent reminders.

This comes with access to Goodlord’s PRO tenant referencing tool and is part of the firm’s Willow platform.
