Agency software supplier Alto links with repairs and maintenance software provider Fixflo for an unusual webinar tomorrow at 10am.

Guest speaker will be Jack Dickens, senior property manager at Holden Copley, who will discuss how he and his team handle maintenance work, keep track of all the moving parts and achieve market-leading resolution times consistently.

He will be joined by Rob Deane and James Dolan, product experts from Fixflo and Alto.

The webinar will cover topics including: Why should letting agents measure repairs and maintenance service levels; How agents use hard numbers to win long-lasting trust from landlords and tenants; and What should agents do to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Deane says: “In today’s challenging market, property managers need to prove their value to landlords more than ever. The key benefit the Alto and Fixflo integration brings property managers is the increased level of operational efficiency. This allows our clients to either continue scaling their business or enhance their service to tenants and property owners. This webinar will provide actionable insights on how agencies can leverage data and technology to demonstrate compliance, reduce costs, and build lasting relationships with property owners.”

Dolan adds: “It’s been just over a year since Alto’s integration with Fixflo launched in Alto Marketplace and it’s already delivered a wide range of efficiencies for Alto customers when it comes to automating and streamlining property management interactions. I’m looking forward to delving deeper into what this means for the day to day of agents like Holden Copley in our upcoming joint webinar.”
