Spicerhaart has inked a deal to use Rex Software for its lettings and property management activities from early 2025.

The agency chain has been using the same supplier for its sales side for some five years.

Steve Lamb, chief information officer of Spicerhaart, says: “We are thrilled to extend our relationship with Rex, having already seen the benefits of their CRM product in our operations. We are confident that Rex’s expertise and innovative approach will greatly benefit our clients and enhance our service offerings.
