Fine & Country is expanding its operations thanks to two brothers.

From Thursday this week the brothers James and Henry Carver, who run an existing agency with branches in North Yorkshire and County Durham, will take up for F&C brand.

James Carver says: “Fine & Country has a superb reputation, it is a fantastic national and international brand and a brilliant network of exceptional agents. I am looking forward to getting the ball rolling and introducing Fine & Country as a concept to our local area – I feel it will be very well-received among our existing high-net-worth contacts.”

And Henry Carver adds: “We have been selling property in the area for over 30 years with offices in Northallerton, Richmond, Darlington, Hurworth and Newton Aycliffe. There are a huge variety of quality upper quartile homes, from country estates to city new builds and everything in between. We knew that in order to best serve these sellers, we needed to be able to access all the tools, marketing and services that a premium brand such as Fine & Country can provide.”

And Nicky Stevenson, managing director at Fine & Country, comments: “Their expertise and passion for property align perfectly with our brand’s values, and we are confident that they will bring exceptional service and success to the North Yorkshire and County Durham areas. We are looking forward to supporting them in the journey and are eager to see the impact they will make in the upper quartile with the backing of our marketing.”
