Actual lettings and sales clients were contacted during a training event led by a renowned property industry coach.

Fine & Country hosted an event featuring Josh Phegan, whose presentation covered lead generation for lettings and sales, as well as marketing, fees, strategies for sealing deals, and how to handle complaints.

The training involved a real-life call session during which participants made 407 calls, connected with 204 potential clients, and set up 92 appointments.

“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to host Josh Phegan for this exclusive training session. Attendees were able to put his proven methods into action on the day, producing some amazing results. Access to these kinds of events and trainers will help our licensees continue to advance their skill base, which in turn will help them to grow their market share and thrive in the upper quartile of the market” says Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country.

The company describes Phegan as “the go-to expert for high-performance estate agents and agencies” with his experience coaching so-called “elite agents” in the UK, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, and Australia.
