Social media marketing tool added to PropTech platform

PropTech provider Spectre has added a social media marketing tool to its platform.

This is the result of a partnership with Auto.social which – according to Spectre – “allows agents to put their social media posts on autopilot” through the use of templates with agency branding, automatic posting of reviews and the like.

Agents can trial the service free for 30 days and Spectre co-founder Heather Staff says: “Social media is an extremely effective marketing channel for many of the most successful agencies out there. It’s a core USP against agents who don’t use social media effectively or at all.”
