Two new signings for the fast-growing Harding Green broker-model agency are both former lettings managers at Knight Frank.

Milly Englander was formerly the lettings manager for Knight Frank in Marylebone, London, and worked for the agency for 10 years. At Harding Green she plans to operate across Sales and Lettings in London and Northern Home Counties.

Robbie Gittins was formerly the lettings manager for Knight Frank in Parsons Green, London, and worked for the firm for 11 years. He also worked for an upmarket independent in Beaconsfield, Bovingdons, and, until recently, Oliver Bernard. For Harding Green he plans to operate across Amersham, South Bucks, and parts of prime London for Sales and Lettings.

Harding Green operates a broker model and describes itself as a technology-led business focused on marketing and lead generation sources. Its self-employed agents can log onto its platform and operate their business from any location.

It has a network of 40 property professionals covering London and many prime country locations.

Englander says: “It’s an exciting time in the UK property market, and the industry is evolving. I align very much with Nick’s vision and the Harding Green model. This move allows me the freedom to work in areas I know and love and leverage my network and market knowledge to provide the highest level of personalised service for my clients.”

And Gittins adds: “When I first met Nick and Ben, it just clicked. In minutes, I could tell that Harding Green was where I wanted to be. The resources and support here provide me the perfect platform to continue working with my long-standing clients while staying flexible in the service I can offer in Buckinghamshire and London.”
