eXp UK claims to be over double size of next self-employed brand

Todays other news

eXp UK has passed the 600 agent milestone and now declares itself to be the leading platform for self employed agency.

It claims to have recruited over 100 agents since the start of 2024, taking its total above 600.

A bullish statement from the firm says: “This latest achievement indisputably cements eXp UK as the leading and largest self-employed estate agency platform in the UK, with Keller Williams estimated to be the second largest with just 250 member agents.”

Head of eXp UK, Adam Day, comments: “We’re incredibly proud to have hit yet another momentous milestone already this year and its proof of the momentum that continues to build across the eXp UK network, which is undeniably now the biggest network of self-employed agents across the nation.

“Our network of top agency talent is by far our most valuable commodity and it’s not just the individual earning potential agents can benefit from, as so far this year eXp UK member agents have shared 413 referrals, sharing an estimated £1.4m in potential commission in the process.

“That’s an average of almost £10,000 in potential commission every working day so far this year and as our network grows, so too does the volume of these referrals.

“Many of our competitors often use our size against us but actually, the larger our network, the more opportunities our agents get across the board, not to mention the support they need to get their businesses off the ground.”
