Johns&Co, an agency specialising in property investment and asset management, is expanding into a new territory – Manchester.

Since its establishment in 2013, Johns&Co has achieved a decade of expansion from one to 10 branches across London. The company has also expanded internationally with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Now it says its expansion into Manchester is because of that city’s “dynamic economic growth, robust property market, and flourishing development landscape.”

“Our decision to open an office in Manchester is driven by the city’s strong economic performance and the outstanding investment opportunities it offers for residential property investors” says Jon Johnson, managing director of Johns&Co.

“The early success we’ve achieved here, with over 50 landlords already on board and our activity in several high-profile developments by Salboy, Renaker, and FEC, demonstrates the high demand for our services and the confidence investors have in our ability to deliver exceptional results.”

The firm says this move is part of a broader strategy to enhance its presence in key UK cities and cater to the needs of a diverse and growing international client base.

“As Manchester continues to evolve into a major hub for business and lifestyle, Johns&Co is well-positioned to contribute to and benefit from its ongoing success” adds Johnson. “This expansion not only extends our footprint in the UK beyond London, but also aligns with our mission to provide top-tier property management and sales services in key urban centres.”
