A regional independent lettings agency has launched a new profit share scheme for its staff – but it’s keeping quiet on details.
Few details have been released about the scheme which spans all four of Arun Estates brands, Cubitt & West, Douglas Allen, Pittis and Wards, and the mortgage business, Mortgage Matters Direct.
But a statement claims the scheme “will aim to benefit staff” and comes in addition to “the already fantastic suite of incentives Arun Estates offer.”
Group managing director Aldo Sotgiu says: “Our focus on creating the very best environment for our staff has always been a driving force behind our success and this new initiative is just another way that we are striving to reward and recognise our teams.
