LSL Estate Agency Franchising says it’s got “ambitious growth plans” for expanding franchisee patches across the country.

In spring 2023 the company announced that long-term franchise agreements had been reached or were in the pipeline for over 180 branches.

Now it says that “as it moves forward [LSL Estate Agency Franchising] remains dedicated to supporting its franchisees with comprehensive resources and expertise, helping them achieve success and deliver exceptional services to clients.”

This includes announcing new franchisees’ patches and the extension of existing ones, with an example just taking place in the south of England.

LRG has completed a franchise deal for LetCo, a specialist lettings business, as part of the expansion of the existing franchise business Edwards Rose Property Group Ltd (ERPG).

LetCo, based in Hampshire, offers bespoke property management services tailored to the needs of landlords and tenants.

The business will now operate under the ownership of ERPG Ltd, with directors David Vertannes, Nicholas Goulden, and Oliver Smart continuing in place.

Smart says: “I am really excited to be franchising LetCo through LSL Estate Agency Franchising. While it will be business as usual for all our landlords and tenants, we have some exciting plans in the pipeline. The prospect of operating as an independent business allows us the flexibility to innovate and grow, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service.”

Paul Hardy, managing director of LSL Estate Agency Franchising, comments: “We are delighted to see the continued growth of our franchise network with the addition of LetCo under ERPG Ltd. We look forward to working closely with Oliver Smart and his team as they embark on this exciting new chapter.”
