The Your Move franchise network has expanded its reach through the acquisition of an independent agency.
The Edward Rose Property Group – a franchise partner of Your Move – has snapped up Devon lettings operation Team 2 Property Management, which operates in Torquay and Torbay.
The acquisition will see a lettings portfolio of over 560 landlords, previously with Team 2 Estate Agents, join the Edward Rose Property Group’s Your Move operation, which has six branches across the south west and south coast.

LSL Estate Agency Franchising has completed 45 acquisitions since it last year announced that its agency brands including Your Move and Reed Rains would become franchise partners. It currently has over 300 territories.
