Agency rebrands to switch emphasis to short lets

Durham based Toast Lettings is to change its name to Toast Stays.

The company that started 12 years ago to provide short term managed lettings now has a portfolio of over 150 properties, as well as sister companies providing maintenance, housekeeping and interior design.

A statement from the firm says the name change is to allow it to expand by removing any confusion as to the types of properties it manages. Next month it will be launching an estate agency business as well.

Director Daniel Albery comments: “I am so excited about the next few months. The name change will clarify exactly what we do and give us the opportunity to expand into new markets.

“We are creating a one stop shop for landlords, making the owning and operating of properties hassle free”
