Property management firm Presence & Co has what it describes as a sales and lettings shop in Tunbridge Wells to provide the community with advice on a portfolio of properties, discuss property sales and lettings.

Located at 7 Neville Street, Tunbridge Wells, it officially opens on 24 September and will be open Monday to Saturday.

Sophie Meyer, head of sales and lettings at Presence & Co, said: “Our expansion into Tunbridge Wells marks a significant milestone for Presence & Co.

“We are excited to bring our expertise in sales and lettings closer to the community, offering a more accessible and personalised service. We look forward to becoming an integral part of the local high street and assisting clients with their property needs.”

 Meyer said the high street location will allow clients to engage directly with Presence & Co.’s team of property experts, “ensuring a seamless experience for buying, selling, and letting properties. It reinforces the company’s commitment to providing outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships, and making a positive impact on the Tunbridge Wells community.”
