Leaders Romans Group has snapped up another small independent.

It’s acquired Tennant Property Lettings Ltd, a letting agency in Eastbourne. 

A statement from the buyer says: “This acquisition forms part of LRG’s strategic expansion, further enhancing its strong presence in the Eastbourne lettings market.”

Tennants, founded in 1970 by Evelyn Tennant, has been under the ownership of Peter and Alex Sheppard since 2000.

The business will now operate under Leaders: all current staff will remain.

Light says this acquisition aligns with LRG’s broader strategy of expanding its lettings operations in key regions across the UK.
