Agency software service Alto has announced a new integration with HomeLet, the tenant referencing service.

HomeLet provides circa 1,000,000 tenant references a year for over 4,000 agents and its services include ‘intelligent’ tenant referencing through its VISTA package based on affordability.

The integration will enable Alto customers to leverage the data shared between the two products, and is the 17th PropTech supplier to join Alto Marketplace, and the 9th lettings-specific integration.

An Alto spokesperson says:  “We’re constantly looking to improve the range of partners we provide to agents on Alto Marketplace and partnering with HomeLet, the largest referencing provider in the UK, was an obvious choice, particularly as the integration was requested by a number of existing Alto customers.”

And a HomeLet spokesperson adds: “One of our key strategic initiatives when developing our new platform Vision+ was around integration. We now integrate with a number of suppliers across the private rental sector.”
