Larger office for growing franchise branch

Fine & Country has moved to a new office in Beccles, serving East Suffolk, North Suffolk, South Norfolk, and coastal regions.

More than seven years after its opening in early 2017, the firm has moved to larger accommodation.

The new office features two large windows to showcase properties and has been refurbished inside and out.

A spokesperson says: “Having a physical office is important to us and our clients. They like to be able to come and see us, sit down, and talk with us about their buying needs and selling options. Beccles is a busy market town, and with great footfall, the ability to showcase our wonderful properties in our large window display is something our clients truly value.”

Jack Burton, Fine & Country business development manager, says:  commented on the success of the Fine & Country Beccles team; “It has been a pleasure to watch [the] team go from strength to strength in what is a competitive market, particularly in their area, where upper quartile properties require a dynamic and robust marketing strategy. Fine & Country Beccles boast a superb team of negotiators and I am confident their success will continue into the future, supported by their new central location and modern office space.”
