Latest PropTech partnership pledges market data for agents

Data platform Homesearch has announced another new partnership, this time with MRI Software.

MRI users will be able to access Homesearch data on property size, location, and transaction history; comparable data, both on and off-market; local area statistics, trends, and market insights; and detailed property status and historical market information.

A statement says: “This partnership continues to build on Homesearch’s success in working with the UK’s top CRMs, but it  represents a fresh opportunity for users of MRI Sales & Lettings to leverage powerful data insights.”

Giles Ellwood, chief executive of Homesearch, adds:”Our partnership with MRI is an exciting opportunity to bring Homesearch’s market-leading property information directly into agents’ workflows. This collaboration ensures that MRI users can access the data they need to succeed and grow their businesses, with insights that enhance their decision-making  and operational efficiency.”

Trevor Youens of MRI adds: “We are committed to providing estate agents with the tools they need to excel in the  marketplace. Homesearch’s integration into our sales and lettings solution will enable our users to make more informed decisions, helping them to win more instructions and close deals faster, while offering exceptional value to their clients.”
