LSL Estate Agency Franchising is linking with B-hive Block Management Partners, a specialist in the block and estate management sector.

The deal means any LSL EAF franchise partner can add block management to an existing business portfolio. B-hive will handle the back-office operations for franchisees including service charge accounting and compliance.

Paul Hardy of LSL Property Services says: “We continually strive to provide our franchisees with the best tools and resources to grow their businesses, and the addition of block management services powered by B-hive’s support will allow them to offer a more comprehensive service to their clients. This partnership reflects our commitment to growth and delivering value to both our franchisees and their respective customers.”

B-hive’s services include service charge accounting, training, software, a client portal and compliance.
