Tech online publication BusinessCloud has published its list of the top 50 PropTech firms as voted by its readers.

The annual vote – decided on by a combination of readers’ choice and a panel of experts – seeks innovative startups, scale-ups, and established firms creating technology for all aspects of the UK property industry.

The winner was f3se, and AI-powered property software platform which allows funds, owners, developers and consultants to manage risks, costs and project milestones in real-time.

Second is Cloud, which offers smart facilities management and technology. Third comes Furbnow which helps owners keep their homes warm, reduce energy bills and limit carbon emissions.

Fourth is smart home technology platform Wondrwall and fifth is a service familiar to many agents – The Depositary, aiming to streamline the residential end-of-tenancy process for letting agents, landlords and tenants.

Other familiar names in the top 50 include Rightmove (15), Fixflo (16), Inventory Base (17), Reposit (18), Sprift (19), Hubble (30), Homesearch (44) and BOXT (45).
