Todays other news

Women in Estate Agency is now selling tickets for its 2025 conference with the theme ‘The Power of You’, encouraging women to harness their strengths and support one another in a fast-evolving industry.

Organisers say the event – scheduled for March 6 – will offer “authentic stories, honest conversations and actionable advice from industry leaders”, networking opportunities, so far unnamed keynote speakers, and a celebratory after party.

Early bird tickets are now available for £199 (inclusive of VAT), offering a limited-time discount on the standard ticket price of £225. The ticket price for the 2025 conference has not been increased and now includes access to the after-party, previously an additional cost.

Verona Frankish, WiEA committee chair, says: “The overwhelming response to the 2024 event has been humbling and uplifting, demonstrating that our industry is ready for change. The 2025 conference is an opportunity to build on this momentum and create an even more impactful experience for our attendees. Watch this space”

The 2025 event will be held at Pullman London St Pancras.

The Women in Estate Agency committee is formed of 13 industry professionals and entrepreneurs who give their time voluntarily to passionately drive change and equality for women across the estate agency sector.

The committee is made up of Liana Loporto-Browne (Loporto Browne Residential), Clare Hughes (Independent Property Agent), Verona Frankish (YOPA), Lucy Noonan (Atomic Consultancy), Sarah Edmundson (Agents Together), Clare Yates (CY Training Works), Kirsty Franks (Frank Marketing Agency), Amy Shields (Smart Compliance), Catherine Perry (YOPA), Ellie Hall (Belvoir), Kyla Irwin Williams (Paramount Properties), Iain McKenzie (The Guild of Property Professionals) and Simon Brown (The ESTAS Group).
