Todays other news

A division of the Leaders Romans Group has launched over 70 Build to Rent apartments in Chatham.

They are developed by Medway Development Company as part of a multi-million-pound regeneration programme in Chatham. They are in a nine-floor block.

An LRG spokesperson says: “Pioneer Wharf is a prime example of how Build to Rent schemes can enhance local regeneration efforts, providing high-quality, professionally managed homes that meet the growing demand for flexible living options.

“The apartments here offer modern comforts, energy efficiency, and the added convenience of being situated within a vibrant, revitalised area. We’re excited to bring this development to market and support the ongoing transformation of Chatham.”

The first apartments will be available for occupation now.
