Agency’s flagship lettings office launched in prime location

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has opened a new flagship branch serving London’s Notting Hill and the surrounding market.

Located next to Notting Hill Gate Tube station, the lettings and sales operations are headed up by Laura Timmins and Soroush Prado, who together have over three decades of knowledge and experience working within the central London property market.

Lee Watts, managing director at KFH, comments: “We have waited a long time to move into Notting Hill and are extremely excited to now have the opportunity of delivering our high standards of service and achieving the best results for both existing and new customers and clients in and around the area.

“With its rich history and vibrant culture, Notting Hill has always been a highly desirable area, and I have no doubt that Soroush and Laura will quickly establish KFH to become the go to choice of agent in the area and I wish them every success in their new roles.”

The agency also offers lettings property management, new homes, block management, financial services, survey professional services and property conveyancing.
