A £101m scheme at St Pancras in central London will see the agency Dexters instructed to let 19 homes, with a rent starting at £2,400 pcm.

St Pancras Campus is a newly launched 265,000 square foot.mixed-use development offering luxury apartments and premium office accommodation.

Featuring three modern buildings, a central office and two residential blocks, the 19 homes include one and two bedroom flats and a three bedroom penthouse.

Dexters says the campus, over 1.2 acres, includes offices, shops, workshop, a small park and what the agency calls “maker space”. The two residential buildings, one private rent and one affordable housing, have views over Camden.

The BREEAM rated ‘Excellent’ buildings have low-carbon design and are all-electric using on-site energy.  All 19 resi units feature a low-carbon heating and hot water system enhanced by solar thermal collectors. Filtered air is supplied into each property through a ‘whole house’ mechanical ventilation with a heat recovery system.

The flats feature highly insulated external walls, triple-glazed windows, and advanced mechanical heat recovery systems, with an app-controlled thermostat in each room.

Leon Bell, lettings director at DEXTERS, says: “St Pancras Campus is an exciting new development, showcasing the best in contemporary living. The luxurious apartments have been designed to provide residents with a modern space, providing top-of-the-range features. Over the past few years, as the redevelopment of King’s Cross has come alive we have seen increased demand from tenants wanting to live within a short walking distance of the new offices, retail and leisure opportunities here. With quick transport links and a bustling local community, it is an exciting rental opportunity for the local market.”
