A new PropTech partnership allows agents to offer tenants a way to manage home finances.

Property reporting and inspection platform Inventory Hive has linked with Just Move In.

They say the partnership aims to solve the disjointed moving in and out experience for renters, reducing the headache of utilities administration for agents and landlords, and generating potential referral earnings for agents.

The integrated offer will be available to over 400,000 movers in 2025.

A Just Move In spokesperson says: “This integration allows agents to offer renters a convenient way to manage essential home and financial services, while also generating additional revenue for agents. It’s exciting to be working with another partner in the market that’s really innovating and focused on customer experience – this is just the start of the partnership.”
