New lettings and property management office for major agency

Your Move Nolan Throw, an LSL Estate Agency Franchising operation with six branches, has acquired the independent lettings business, Open Doors.

Open Doors has 135 managed letting properties and will rebrand to Your Move Nolan Throw.,

Your Move Nolan Throw operates throughout Northamptonshire and is run by Sam Throw and Sean Nolan who say in a statement issued through LSL: “We’re thrilled to expand into Buckingham. Our lettings expertise will support new and existing landlords, while we will also expand the branch’s offering to include residential sales and financial services. Additionally, we’re eager to introduce our student lettings proposition to meet the needs of student landlords in the area.”

A spokesperson for LSL Estate Agency Franchising comments: “Sam and Sean have ambitious growth plans, and we look forward to offering continued support in the future. Your Move Nolan Throw is a dynamic business and is well positioned to deliver the very best customer service for Open Doors current landlords, with a seamless transition thanks to both companies sharing the same core business values.”

LSL Estate Agency Franchising has more than 300 territories around the UK, across brands including Your Move, with over 150 territories, as well as Reeds Rains, Intercounty, Davis Tate and Thomas Morris.
