New lettings chief boasts extraordinary high-value track record

Todays other news

A new lettings manager for the ultra-prime central London agency Beauchamp Estates has an extraordinary high-value track record when it comes to rental deals.

Ziad Hijazi is to lead Beauchamp’s St John’s Wood lettings team, dealing with properties in the St John’s Wood neighbourhood, as well as across neighbouring Prime Central London enclaves such as Marylebone, Hampstead, Regent’s Park, Little Venice and Maida Vale.

Significant lettings deals over his career include a nine-bedroom mansion with subterranean leisure suite in Kenwood, on the edge of Hampstead Heath, for £8,500 per week; a Hampstead home made up of multiple properties, each of which he has rented several times, for sums between £3,000 and £7,000 a week; and a five-bedroom Victorian house in St John’s Wood, for £3,750 per week.

At Beauchamp he is overseeing a Grade I Listed 6,600 square feet Regency residence overlooking Regent’s Park, available for £15,000 per week.

He joins the company from the Savills, where he worked between 2022 and 2024; between 2016 and 2022 he was at Foxtons.

“Beauchamp Estates is the market leader in Prime Central London lettings, with fantastic properties both on and off market and an extraordinary global reach, so I’m thrilled to take the next step up in my career with them. I’m looking forward to working with their established clientele, bringing on new Prime and Super Prime instructions, while also expanding their core offering, ensuring these properties are the finest in their sector” says Hijazi.

Company founding director Gary Hersham adds: “We are delighted to welcome Ziad Hijazi … With a proven track record in the Prime Central London lettings market, he brings with him excellent contacts, strong negotiating skills and a deep understanding of how to match the perfect tenant to a property, whether long term or short.

“As North West London becomes a new rental deals hot spot, growing in popularity with some of London’s wealthiest landlords and renters, Ziad’s in depth knowledge and skills will be particularly invaluable.”

Beauchamp Estates has offices in Mayfair and St John’s Wood in Prime Central London, plus overseas at Cannes, St Tropez, Mougins and St Jean Cap Ferrat on the French Riviera, as well as Mykonos, Tel Aviv and an associate office in New York.
