Knight Frank has appointed Kavita Walker as Head of Lettings at its Ascot & Virginia Water branch.

She previously worked for Knight Frank for over 10 years in the Ascot office, and now returns to head up the lettings team in Ascot & Virginia Water. She will be tasked with building the firm’s market share in the area.

“Having spent the majority of my career in this area I know it very well and look forward to working with my team to collaborate and establish strong relationships with our clients and across the firm” Walker says.

And Mel Constantinou, Regional Partner at Knight Frank comments:  “Kavita has an extensive background in Ascot & Virginia Water and brings a wealth of experience and an established and loyal network with her. Her expertise and passion for the industry make her an invaluable asset to our team and I look forward to seeing her lead the office to new heights this year.”
