Online valuation specialist The ValPal Network has announced an integration with letting CRM provider GNB, as part of its claim to streamline technology services for agents.

The move comes ahead of the launch of ValPal Pro, which the creators describe as “a revolutionary AI-powered upgrade to ValPal which will transform communications with leads via AI-voice, AI-text and email that will provide automated qualification of in-bound portal leads and accelerate ‘speed-to-lead’ rates across the sector.”

TVPN director Craig Vile says the initiative with GNB is part of a commitment to integrate with as many CRM providers as possible to make life easier for customers.

“This latest integration will enable ValPal customers using GNB software to work seamlessly without the need for double-keying. Everything we do in terms of product development puts the customer front and centre. Our aim is to address the pain points faced by property professionals and one of them, undoubtedly, is ‘PropTech fatigue” says Vile.

“We’re determined to continue to make the user experience simpler, friendlier and more effective.”

A spokesperson for GNB adds: “We’re excited that ValPal has integrated with GNB, enabling our clients to capture high-quality leads more effectively. This partnership enhances our platform’s capabilities, allowing agencies to benefit from a streamlined lead generation process.”

TVPN is produced by Angels Media, publisher of the Today news websites.
