Online agency Lettingaproperty has partnered with Lloyds to handle rent payments for landlords and tenants.

Managing rent payments on behalf of some 1,800 landlords, the agency says it’s built a proprietary digital wallets and payments system that makes rent collection and processing 80% faster. It claims he system gives landlords and tenants full visibility over their payment schedules, enabling tenants to safely and securely pay rent, holding deposits, and tenancy deposits directly through their dashboard.

Jack Moore, associate director at Lloyds Cash Management & Payments Sales, says: “By embedding PayTo, PayFrom, and Event Driven Notfications into their platform, they are giving landlords and tenants more control and clarity over financial transactions. It’s a forward-thinking solution in a sector where efficiency and trust are paramount.”

Lettingaproperty describes itself as a “technology-driven leader in property management, offering an end-to-end platform for landlords with portfolios from one to 100+ properties.”
