The acquisition of a small lettings agency will see a three-branch franchise operation top 1,000 managed properties.

Belvoir lettings portfolio in Swansea will grow to more than 1,000 units as a result of taking on 50 properties managed by its latest acquisition, an agency called The Greenroom.

Ben Davies, managing director of Belvoir Swansea, says: “We are thrilled to welcome The Greenroom’s portfolio to Belvoir, strengthening our rental management presence, specifically across the vibrant areas of SA2 and SA3. This acquisition allows us to offer even more landlords access to our trusted, team of 20 experienced property agents.

“Having initially opened Belvoir Swansea as a lettings-only agency in 2010, it has been fantastic going back to our roots and bolstering our rental portfolio with several new, fantastic properties. We are exceptionally proud that The Greenroom has trusted us to continue the high level of management services they have offered clients for several years.
