Marketing platform Estate Track has launched an AI-powered property voice search.

It says this is the first in a series of AI developments it will be rolling out in 2025.

Built for both mobile and desktop with Siri-like capabilities, the PropTech feature allows users to ask for properties based upon their criteria and delivering accurate results every time.

A spokesperson comments: “Over the past year, website technology has changed rapidly with the introduction of Artificial intelligence. We are thrilled to be launching this and other new features that put our clients at the forefront, giving them a competitive advantage and at no additional cost to them.

“Our natural search technology works with any CRM feed added to a website and it even understands very specific requirements such as gardens, driveways, property types and more.

“This is the first of a series of rollouts in respect of AI that will help independent agents to be able to “punch above their weight” and with no effort needed.

Estate Track’s platform includes advanced websites with AI, automated social media, lead generation, weekly blog content and over 250 other features
