Property investment firm turns itself into a lettings agency

Todays other news

Caridon Group, a property investment and management firm for the past 15 years, has launched a lettings and sales agency.

Having built a portfolio of approximately 2,500 units through acquisition, development, leasing, and joint ventures, Caridon Estates is now an agency aimed with “helping homeowners and landlords unlock the full potential of their properties.”

It adds that it aims to help clients identify unique opportunities and strategies to enhance the value of their properties – services that go beyond the standard offerings of traditional agencies.

“Over the years, we’ve developed an in-depth understanding of how to maximise the value of properties,” says Mario Carrozzo, chief executive of Caridon Estates. “Our goal is to use this expertise to help clients achieve the best possible return on their assets, providing insights that could otherwise be overlooked.”

Caridon Estates will offer a broad range of value-added services designed to meet the needs of residential and commercial clients. These services include lettings and sales for residential and commercial properties; property and asset management; acquisitions and joint ventures; a guaranteed rent scheme; and additional services including probate solutions, home staging, and house clearance.

It will operate initally in London and says “it will work with a wide range of properties, from affordable housing and new builds to luxury homes and secondary stock, ensuring that clients across the capital can benefit from their expertise.”

“Our approach is about helping clients achieve more than just a sale or let,” says Akeel Alidina, director for Caridon Estates. “We want to offer them the tools and advice they need to maximise their property’s full potential.”
