AI listings tool wins over 4,000 agency branch users

An AI-enabled lettings platform that manages and market rental homes has bought out a lettings agency.

Dwelly has acquired the Gallant Richardson agency – its second agency deal in recent months.

Gallant, based in Colchester, has 450 units under management but Dwelly claims the deal helps it achieve its aim of shifting the infrastructure of the UK property sector to use advanced technologies such as AI.

Dwelly claims the new acquisition means it can “significantly enhance the service quality for both tenants and landlords while empowering real estate agents with technological tools to run their business operations.”

The new owners say they will “seamlessly integrate AI solutions, streamlining key processes such as tenant applications, ID checks, lease signing, and ongoing maintenance.”

In September, Dwelly completed the buy-outof Lime Property, a lettings agency in Yorkshire, adding 1,000 properties to its portfolio.

“This [Gallant Richardson] acquisition is another step towards revolutionizing the real estate sector, helping traditional agencies to overcome their inefficiencies through intelligent automationclaims Ilya Drozdov, CEO and co-founder of Dwelly.

“Following our previous buy-out of Lime, where we already reduced time to rent by 80%, we aim to empower other agencies with similar tools that allow them to focus on growth while we handle the complexities of operations with seamless and systemic AI integration”.

Drozdov says the UK property industry is “historically slow to modernise” but is now seeing rapid change.

He adds that this has led Dwelly to accelerate its growth through strategic partnerships and a targeted buy-out strategy.

Dwelly’s management figures say they previously held leadership positions at tech giants and consulting firms such as Uber, McKinsey, and Gett.
