Propertymark has announced that its latest partner for member services is a provider of legal and enforcement services.

Strikes Property Services Group provides property dispute resolution services for both commercial and residential property issues, across England. The Strikes team comprises advisors, solicitors and enforcement agents – or bailiffs to you and me – who combine more than 150 years of industry experience, knowledge and skills.

Strikes was founded in 2014 by managing director Chris Bane after he had been working in property enforcement for more than 10 years. He says he saw that property disputes were often drawn-out, costly and stressful for all concerned, so set out to provide a service that was no-nonsense and hassle-free.

The supplier works in what it calls “challenging situations” such as tenant, squatter and traveller evictions or debt recovery – as well as the securing of property.

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, comments: “We’re really pleased to welcome Strikes Property Services Group to our range of pioneering Industry Suppliers, who are able to contribute to adding further value and benefits as part of our Propertymark membership.

“We strive to ensure agents use some of the best technology and advances in the industry, but at a discounted rate, and aim to continue to grow our offering from strength to strength.”

And Jamie Bennett, account manager at Strikes Property Services Group, comments: “Strikes is committed to providing the commercial and residential property sector with the highest levels of legal and enforcement services – and I know that Propertymark is going to play a key part in helping us to continuously improve these standards.”
