Compliance platform integrates with Alto software

Compliance automation platform Symple has announced an integration with agency software provider Alto.

The partnership offers Alto’s users access to Symple, which it’s claimed would enable agencies to simplify compliance, reduce admin and centralise certificate management within a single platform.

Free-to-use Symple manages compliance, meaning agencies can automate the ordering of services which are carried out by qualified, vetted providers, to handling tenant communications and delivering certificates.

“This integration brings the best of both worlds to property managers across the UK” claims Simon Dresdner, chief executive of Symple. “With Symple’s hands-on compliance capabilities embedded in the Alto CRM, agencies can save time, reduce manual work, and rest assured knowing compliance tasks are being handled efficiently and accurately.

“As agencies prepare for more stringent legislative demands in 2024, including updates to EPC and EICR standards, this integration provides Alto users with the tools to stay ahead effortlessly. Activating Symple within Alto is free and gives instant access to Symple’s full suite of compliance automation features.”

A spokesperson at Alto adds: “We’re all about driving efficiencies for agents at Alto and our partnership with Symple unlocks simpler property management for agencies across the UK, removing the need for manual tracking and reducing additional administrative burden as a result.

“This partnership marks a significant step forward for letting agencies looking to modernise their operations and prioritise compliance with minimal manual work. By combining the extensive reach of Alto with the advanced functionality of Symple, agencies can now enjoy a fully integrated compliance solution tailored to meet their unique needs.”
