The branch patch has some 80,000 residents and 30,000 residents around Lytham St Annes and Poulton-le-Fylde.

where the average house price is approximately £330,000. With a service area covering around 30,000 properties, the team is well-positioned to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers in this competitive market.

Hardy adds: “The Fylde Coast is a diverse area with something for everyone, from vibrant towns to serene coastal living. We’re excited to offer clients the exceptional service, exposure, and bespoke strategies.

“ … Having seen the market evolve, especially after the surge post-Covid, we understand the importance of tailoring our services to reflect the needs of this unique community.”

Jonathan Handford, interim managing director at Fine & Country, adds: “The addition of Fylde Coast to the Fine & Country network is a fantastic move for our brand. This is an area with incredible potential, and Paul and his team bring a wealth of experience and passion to the network. I am confident they will uphold the high standards of service and excellence that Fine & Country is renowned for.”
