The Renters’ Rights Bill is back on the agenda in the House of Lords for its second reading on Tuesday of next week.

This marks a pivotal stage in the legislative process, highlighting the Lords’ views on the Bill in its current format and providing the opportunity for any amendments to be tabled.

The next day there will another webinar on the subject, hosted by Oli Sherlock – managing director of insurance at PropTech provider Goodlord.

Alongside will be David Smith, head of dispute resolution (London) at JMW Solicitors.
