New Rightmove valuation tool to help agents reach landlord sellers

Utilities management provider Helpthemove  and tenant referencing service Canopy have announced a partnership.

This collaboration integrates Helpthemove’s utility management capabilities directly into the Canopy HQ platform, at no extra cost.

A statement says the move allows “letting agents and landlords to reduce workload, ease tenant transitions, and generate new revenue seamlessly.”

Agents using Canopy for tenant referencing can now automate utility notifications for Council Tax, energy, and water services during tenant move-ins and move-outs, reducing administrative time and risk of service lapses.
