The Property Franchise Group, the UK’s largest multi-brand property franchisor, has announced a new face as chief financial officer.

Ben Dodds this week takes over from his predecessor, David Raggett.

Gareth Samples, chief executive officer of TPFG, says: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank David for his significant contribution to our Group. I have worked closely with David and I am very grateful for his drive and determination which has helped to deliver the transformational growth The Property Franchise Group has achieved over the past four years.

“I am delighted to welcome Ben to our Board. Ben brings with him a wealth of experience. In his first three months with us, he has demonstrated an outstanding level of energy and enthusiasm coupled with real perceptive insight into the exciting challenges the Group faces. I am very much looking forward to working with him as we deliver the next growth phase of our journey.”

And Dodds himself says: “This is a great opportunity to join the Board of the UK’s leading property franchise group with a strong heritage and an ambitious vision for the future.
