There are now scholarships available to those applying to The Propertymark Trust’s “Class of 2025” initiative. 

They take the form of grants for those unable to afford qualifications.

The scholarships are for 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the costs of learning materials, Propertymark membership and examination fees.

Applicants need to state why they want to obtain the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management on this form https://forms.gle/4j7B5itEFa5pp8yBA  

Propertymark Trust spokesperson Michael Day says: “This is a fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers. 

“Places in our Class of 2025 are limited, so we encourage anyone interested to submit their application without delay. 

“As an added bonus, any scholar successfully completing the Level 3 qualification by the end of August 2025 will be given a FREE invite to the next Propertymark Trust PropX event that will take place next autumn.”
