New lettings and property management office for major agency

Parkers Estate and Lettings Agency in Caversham has acquired the Martin & Co branch in the same Berkshire town.

With this addition, Parkers now sees over 1,300 managed properties on its portfolio.

Both brands are in any case in The Property Franchise Group.

As part of the deal, Lynn Masterman of the acquired Martin & Co operation will be joining the Parkers team.

“It was essential that our landlords, tenants, and wider customer base were placed in the hands of a team that shares our values of care, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the area” she says.

Craig Pearson, managing director of Parkers, adds: “Having Lynn join us was integral to this decision. Her extensive experience and the relationships she’s built over the years bring immense value to our team. We look forward to combining our strengths to provide an even higher standard of service.”

Masterman will be working alongside Mark Brooker, Parkers’ lettings director, who has 15 years of industry expertise in rentals.

TPFG managing director Toby Phillips comments: “Craig is one of the longest-standing franchise owners in the group and his passion for his business is absolutely infectious. He has built a superb team across five branches and the clients acquired will benefit from that team’s superb levels of service and vast experience of the local area.”
