Principle Estate Management has been appointed to manage a Grade II listed mansion block of 48 flats in London in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Rachael Hornby, the firm’s London property director, says: “The landscape of property management has changed considerably over the last few years. We have invested in technology to make it easier for residents to access information and communicate with us.

“Both our own team and the residents in our communities are benefitting from this and we’re maintaining excellent service levels and a personal touch as we grow as a business.”

John Lorimer, chairman of Lincoln House (Basil St), adds: “We interviewed Principle and drilled into the detail of their systems, processes, and reporting. We were really pleased with what we heard and saw, including the integration process during the change of agent.

“The Board takes its responsibilities as custodians of this heritage building and our duties to our residents very seriously.

“We need a modern agent that is competent to deal with this special building in an efficient and effective way while providing a tenant-friendly approach. We believe we have found that in Principle and Rachael.”
