Howzat? Zoopla stumps agents with new pitch

Todays other news

Zoopla is launching a series of market-focused roadshows at iconic cricket grounds, starting at Edgbaston in Birmingham.

The first ‘Property Pitch’ will take place on Thursday February 13 at Edgbaston, one of the leading venues in world cricket and home of Warwickshire County Cricket Club.

The portal says attendees can expect insights into regional market trends, a look at an exclusive product trial available for West Midlands agents only and a chance to network with fellow agents from the area.

Zoopla’s research guru Richard Donnell will be exploring local market trends and providing regional market predictions for the year ahead, before the product trial.

This will then be followed by a panel session, chaired by Zoopla’s Commercial Director Alex Rose, where industry experts will discuss the hottest topics facing agents in 2025. Panellists include Adam Pritchard, Owner of Taylors Estate Agents, Steph Walker, Founder of The Agency UK and Rich Hayes, CEO of Mojo Mortgages and COO of Zoopla.

The morning will finish up with the chance to network and win cricket day match tickets.

Alex Rose, commercial director at Zoopla comments: “We’re excited to bring agents in the West Midlands to an event that will deliver the localised insights and strategies they need to gain a competitive edge in the year ahead. We have an action-packed agenda, with some fantastic industry experts in attendance, as well as a chance to network with peers from the West Midlands region. This event marks the beginning of the local element of our partnership with England Cricket, with more exciting opportunities for agents to come in 2025.”
