Scottish property portal ESPC is this week launching its fifth season of the podcast, The ESPC Property Show,.

The first four seasons secured a combined 28,312 downloads across 71 podcast episodes since 2023.

Hosted by company chief executive Paul Hilton and property expert Megan Milne, the podcast runs fortnightly, with each episode alternating between in-depth discussions on the latest market trends and expert guest interviews covering mortgages, lettings, and the economic and political factors shaping the property sector.

The first episode of season five – out this coming Thursday – will be an overview of the property market.

Hilton comments: “We’re delighted to be launching season five of The ESPC Property Show, and this time, we’re making it even better. Our listeners told us they wanted more expert insights and in-depth discussions, so we’ve refreshed the format to deliver exactly that. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling, or just love keeping up with the Scottish property market, this season will offer practical advice, expert opinions, and plenty of industry insights.”
